The norse logic, I can't explain, but I remember Woodrow Wilson. US eventually joined the first world war, thus putting an end to all wars. Wilson was awarded the Nobel peace prize, too.

Alfred Nobel invented an explosive for mining and construction - not for warfare. You call him a "swede". Is it the national character that makes Obama(black) send soldiers to Afganistan(badland) and Thorbjörn Jagland(norwegian) awarding him the Nobel peace prize?
It does not make sence to me, but I am swede, and not very bright.

I must stress, that my last comment was to the original query from Anna Lys, not to /t. The one who plants dragon's teeth is Obama. Why he does it, I don't know. Maybe it is a tradition from former Nobel Prize Laureates Wilson and Kissinger to provoke reaction. They created Hitlerism in Germany an Red Khmers in Cambodja, respectively. The al-Qaeda might not even exist, but it will, if enough troops are sent to Afganistan.
