Exercise is important to Your health. Not everyone have the opportunity to take a walk in the forest or even like to go to a health centre for body shaping. Probably have some of You exercise software on Your computer, but You need to get out of that world and do exercise that have an impact both on body, breathing and brain.
Yes, the brain loves a good laugh while doing Your exercise, the brain hates to be working in other ways than the fun way ... start Your mornings during weekends with a silly walk and You will be much happier. Later on You can develop this exercise on Your way between home and office and You will even make the surrounding world happier. In the end You can master this exercise on work site and Your customers will leave Your company with a smile on their face and probably walk away in a pretty silly way.
Warning: If You are doing this exercise while You are picking mushrooms or blueberries in the forest, be sure You have a closed basket! ;-)
